Claire Ruth Huber

Claire Ruth Huber (nee Frese), 70 of Liberty Township, OH passed away February 26, 2019 with her loving family at her bedside. Claire was born on November 15, 1948 to John and Rita Frese in Cincinnati, OH.

She is the beloved wife of Charles J. Huber, Sr. for over 30 years, devoted mother of Tammy (Pete) McClure, Jennifer (Bruce) Hutton, Charles (Tricia) Huber, Jr., Brian (Heather) Hart, Matthew (Karen) Huber and Adam (Sarah) Huber, dear sister of Carol (Tom) Turek, Mary Lou (Jerry) Becker, Jackie (Bill) Snyder, Robert (Debi) Frese and Chris (Perry) Walters, loving grandma of Brandy, Misty and Cody (Hailey) McClure; Shelby and Eric Hutton; Charles III "CJ”, Casey and Anthony Huber; Katelynn and Austin Hart; Brooklyn, Tiffany and Jessica Huber; Miloh Huber, also great-grandma of Isabella, Isiah, Addyson, Paxton and Harper (due in May); and numerous extended nieces and nephews.

Claire was retired from The Kroger Company.  She liked camping and spending time outdoors, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and fur-baby Lulu.  She enjoyed solving puzzles and reading romance novels.  Together with Charlie, they were very active volunteering their time to the church.  The love she had for her family and community will be greatly missed.

Family and friends may gather at Our Lady of Sorrows, 330 Lebanon Street, Monroe, OH 45050 on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 10 to 11AM until time of Mass at 11AM.  Lunch will be served in the church hall immediately following mass.
