Robert 'Bob' E. Hasselfeld, III, 56 of West Chester, OH passed away suddenly on Monday, February 11, 2019. Bob was the beloved husband of Kimberly (nee Walz) Hasselfeld and the loving father of Katie Hasselfeld, Robert E. Hasselfeld, IV, Karly Hasselfeld and Liesl Hasselfeld, devoted son of Robert and Sherry Hasselfeld and son-in-law of Carol and the late Bob Walz, dear brother of Nancy (Steve) Dawson, nephew of Rev. Michael (Carolyn) Rester, uncle of 6 nephews and survived by many cousins.

Bob was a wonderful husband, great father and an excellent teacher. He loved always being right and had an unbelievable memory. His joy of reading, history and vacationing gave him endless topics to share and talk about. Bob and Kim met at Miami University where they married in 1988 to become a 'Miami Merger'. Bob became a pilot before the age of 16 and later joined the civil air patrol. He spent many years working part-time for the as a fire fighter/paramedic for Cities of West Chester, Montgomery, Wyoming and WJAD and was a Butler County Special Deputy. His great sense of humor and wit will be missed by all.

Visitation will be Friday, February 15, 2019 5 PM to 7 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd., Mason, OH 45040. Second visitation will be at Liberty Heights Church, 7904 Princeton Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044 on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 10 AM until time of Service at 12 noon. Interment will immediately follow the service at West Chester Cemetery.
