Kathleen Hopkins

Kathleen (nee Zerhusen) Hopkins , age 74, of Liberty Township, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Hospice of Cincinnati - Blue Ash.  She was born Tuesday, December 19, 1944 in Latonia, Kentucky to Cyril "Red" and Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Wiener) Zerhusen.

For many years, Kathy worked at Cincinnati Financial as a receptionist.  She had a natural talent for interior decorating and enjoyed staying current.  Her true pride and joy came with spending time with her grandchildren.

Kathy was preceded in death by: father, Red Zerhusen; husband, Jon William Hopkins; a brother, Chris Zerhusen; and granddaughter Aniston Paige Hopkins.

Kathy is survived by: children, Jeff (Ha) Hopkins, Tim Hopkins, Michael (Kalli) Hopkins and Kerri "Joy" Hopkins; grandchildren, Jon, Andrew, Zachary, Hannah, Harrison, Henry, Courtney, Ryan, Parker, Brooks, Brodie, Evie, Ashlynn and Evan; mother, Betty Zerhusen; sister, Karen (Denny) Peters; daughter-in-law, Denise Hopkins; and many loving family members and friends.

Graveside service will be Monday, January 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM at West Chester Cemetery, West Chester, Ohio. Family and Friends are welcome to join in a celebration of Kathleen's life immediately following the services at The Cincinnati Marriott North, 6189 Muhlhauser Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069.
