Robert H. Niehaus

Robert H. 'Bob' Niehaus, 78 of Mason, OH passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, January 14, 2019. Bob was born in Cincinnati, OH to Henry and Camille Niehaus in 1940. He is the beloved husband of Kathryn (nee Miles) Niehaus, loving father of John Niehaus, Anna (Heejun) Kim and Jesse Niehaus, dear brother of Dan (Connie) Niehaus, Kevin (Jan) Niehaus and the late Tom (Naomi) Niehaus, also uncle and great uncle of many.

Bob started as a Marianist Brother for 11 years of his young adult life. He taught English to students at Moeller HS, Cathedral Latin HS in Cleveland, OH and for 3 years at Aquinas HS in Kenya. Bob was an avid reader and looked at crossword puzzles as a challenge. He enjoyed playing sports, especially golf, tennis, handball and bowling. His love of Classical music and his witty sense of humor will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
