Mary Ann Griffiths

Mary Ann (nee Frank) Griffiths, age 88, of Lebanon, Ohio, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Otterbein Retirement Community, Lebanon, OH.  She was born Wednesday, July 23, 1930 in Hibbing, Minnesota to John E. and Anne (nee Jacobsen) Frank.

Mary Ann met her husband while working as a typist for the IRS.  Together, they would proudly raise two children and 4 grandchildren.  In her younger years, she enjoyed playing the piano but she never lost her love of music.  Mary was also an avid reader enjoying mystery novels the most.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by: her parents, John and Anne Frank; husband, Thomas Griffiths, Jr.; and brother, John Frank.

Mary Ann is survived by: son, David (Debra) Griffiths; daughter, Susan (Greg) Kiray; grandchildren, Amy (Nathan) Jeffries, Christine Kiray, Mary Kiray and Katie Griffiths; sister-in-law, Judy Frank; and other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Otterbein Lebanon United Methodist Church, 585 OH-741, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.  Interment will immediately follow the service in St. Joseph Old Cemetery.
