SUSAN C. NICHOLS, 1957-2018

Mason, Ohio - Susan C. Nichols passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018 at her home in Mason, Ohio, with her dear companion Ross Selmeier at her side. The memory of her smile and the love she freely shared remain with her family and friends.

Sue was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Ken and Betty Nichols. They, along with her sister Mary, preceded her. Sue is survived by her siblings: Bev Perdue, Jim (Barb) Nichols, Pam Litzkow, Bill (Lois) Nichols, Chris (Julie) Nichols and Amy Mzembe, as well as some fifteen nephews and nieces who cherished their Aunt Sue as much as she cherished them.

Sue enjoyed games and puzzles, travel of all sorts, music, but mostly spending time with her family and friends, laughing about a cherished memory, teaching them a song in Spanish, or staying up half the night playing a game. She was active in the Christian Science church, having served as a reader, Sunday school teacher and board member. A graduate of DePauw University, she had worked most of her career in logistics operations, focusing on intermodal commerce.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 2:00 PM until time of the Memorial Service at 2:30 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd., Mason, Ohio, with an opportunity to visit with the family following the service.

Memorial gifts may be made to the First Church of Christ, Scientist in Wyoming, Ohio or the Glenmont nursing facility.
