Bill Schweitzer

Bill Schweitzer, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 23, 2018 in Mt. Orab, OH. Bill was born in Cincinnati, OH to Robert and Shirley E. Schweitzer in 1947. Bill is the beloved husband of Shirley (nee Haney) for over 53 years. Devoted father of Michael Schweitzer, Kim (Todd) Baudendistel, Stacey (Tom 'Bub') Wiggins and Ryan (Cicely) Schweitzer, loving grandpa of Justin, Meghan and Lauren Baudendistel, Cameron Schweitzer and Sydney and Kaine Wiggins and great-grandpa of Mia Baudendistel and Zayden and RaeLynn Morris, dear brother of Carl (Lynn) Schweitzer, Pam (late Jim) Rowin, Cindy (Joe) Aichele, Lois (Ron) Flanagan and the late Robert Schweitzer, Jr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

Bill enjoyed being around friends. His number one friend by far was his wife Shirley. They enjoyed each other's company and their friends from the Blue Ash Bash Group. Bill liked sports of all kinds and was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan and Cincinnati Bengals fan. He coached his son's baseball teams and late they would played golf together. He was a good bowler, garage sale goer and an liked antiquing. His hobby was a computer repairman but admittingly was not very good at it. He loved church, coffee and telling a good joke.

Visitation at West Chester Nazarene, 7951 Tylersville Road, West Chester, OH 45069 on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 1 PM until time of Memorial Service at 2:00 PM.
