Jim P. Cullen
, age 74, of West Chester, Ohio passed away peacefully Sunday, August 14, 2018 at West Chester Hospital.
Jim was born Tuesday, March 7, 1944 in County Sligo, Ireland to James and Harriet Mary (nee Kilfeather) Cullen.
A master of the arts, music, wine and more. His Creole cooking would leave you gasping for air as a huge smile would sweep across Jim's face. Traveling to destinations filled with history and naturally beautiful scenery he enjoyed the outdoors and annual family vacations. His greatest adventure was to make his vision of a better life for his family a reality bringing them across the ocean to the United States in 1985. An avid gardener, Jim enjoyed working in the yard growing delectable vegetables and colorful flowers. He was creative with his woodworking skills and has saved his family time and money over the years as Jim was able to fix anything. A great storyteller, he was a member of the Toast Masters. Nobody could tell a joke better than Jim, and there will never be another laugh like his. His smile and laughter and big blue eyes would light up the room. He is a man who leaves a lasting impression on every soul he meets. His imprint in this world will be eternal as we share our memories of him with you, and with our future generations.
Is fada an bóthar nach mbíonn casadh ann. Translation; It's a long road that has no turning. (Things never go completely smoothly or badly)
