Ethel M. Meyers

Ethel M. Meyers (nee Thurston) 93, formerly of Long Island, NY passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 in West Chester, OH. She is the beloved wife of the late Charles 'Charlie' Meyers, devoted mother of Diane (Robert) Lambert and Charles (Mary) Meyers, loving grandmother of Tracey (Brad) Warm and great-grandmother of Lexi, Ryan, Sam and Ben.

Ethel loved her family. She was an avid reader and a member of two book clubs at the same time. She enjoyed watching movies, going out to lunch, watching the Islanders Hockey games and being always stylish and fashionable. She lived in Levittown, NY (a planned neighborhood after the war) for over 66 years. She was a proud member of the Red Hat Society.

Visitation at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Road, Montgomery, OH 45249 on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 9 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in Long Island, NY on Monday, June 25.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
