Jodi Ann Horn

Jodi Ann Horn, age 48, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family Saturday, March 17, 2018 at University Hospital.  She was born August 18, 1969 in Cincinnati, Ohio. From a young age, Jodi always knew she wanted to be a nurse.  After High School, she attended the Good Samaritan School of Nursing and graduated at the top of her class.  Her greatest joy in life was her five children.  Jodi was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Anne (nee Kull) Horn and grandparents, Marvin & Shirley Horn. Jodi is survived by her children: Molly Ann Grammer, Evan Curtis Grammer, Justin Curtis Grammer, Jenna Anne Grammer, and Daniel Joseph Setterstrom.  She is also survived by her father, Tony (Sally Kerscher) Horn; sister, Shelley (Mike) Gabbard; brother, Scott (Melissa Soules) Horn; ex-husband and dear friend Tony Grammer; nephews Jerry Horn, Jesse Horn, and Lucas McNeal; Randy Davison ....and many more loving family members and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  A celebration will follow at 4:00 PM, please bring your stories to share with the family.
