William E. Valentine

William Edward "Bill" VALENTINE
age 80, of Mason, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 11, 2018. He was born Thursday, October 14, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Woodrow W. and Lorenza I. (nee Mariani) Valentine.

Bill retired from GE as a Draftsman Manager.  He and his wife of 58 years were married on Saturday, June 7, 1958 in St. Dominic Parish on the Westside of Cincinnati.  Together, Bill and Joan raised their family with love and were proud to watch the family grow.

Bill was preceded in death by: his wife, Joan Clare (nee Lang) Valentine; his parents, Woodrow and Lorenza Valentine; and sisters, Woodra Coffey and Patricia Valentine.

Bill is survived by: children, Steve (Linda) Valentine, Sue Valentine, Rick (Shaun Farnsworth) Valentine, Tom (Dawn) Valentine and John (Janet) Valentine; grandchildren, Sarah (Nathan) Payne, Ben (Coral) Valentine, Haley (Chase Cain) Valentine, Scott Valentine, Matt (Hannah) Valentine, Clare Valentine, Zach Valentine, Nick Valentine, Joe Valentine, Jack Valentine, and Jeff Valentine; great-grandchildren, Teddy Payne, Tucker Payne, and Rosalie Valentine; sisters, Stephanie (Darrel) Harden, Kathy (Randy) Norris; and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  A private graveside service will be held for the family on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11 AM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
