Eleanor Cepeda (nee Libayne) 81, beloved wife of the late Virgilio 'Iliong' Q. Cepeda, daughter of the late Tomas and Paula (Dacuscus) Libayne, devoted mother of Debie (Pete) Mabulac, Phoebe (Rommel) Verano, Marivie (Lavin) Cepeda-Leucea and Vernon (Ayen) Cepeda, dear sister of Nena Macayan and the late Cesario Libayne, loving grandma of Kristin-Jo Mabulac, Sheila Rae Mabulac, Robie (Aaron) Helm, Rommel Verano, Ron Verano, Miguel Cepeda, Nina Cepeda, Isabel Cepeda and Diego Cepeda. Living in Edinburg, TX passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 22, 2017 in West Chester, OH while visiting her family.

Eleanor loved being with her family and her church.
