Herman C. 'Herm' Schallich

Herman C. 'Herm' Schallich beloved husband of the late Joan Grace Schallich for 57 years, dear father of David (Theresa Backof) Schallich and Judy (Carl) Deutsch, loving grandfather of Katie, Sarah, and Elizabeth Deutsch and Sarah Backof, brother of the late Elsie Heinichen, also survived by nephews Chuck and Mike Heinichen and nieces Nancy Esterman and Sue Martin. Passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the age of 91.

Herm was a World War II Navy Veteran and later retired from GE in the production control area after working 35 years. He enjoyed playing golf and had four Hole-in-One shots.

Visitation  Monday, September 18, 2017 from 4:30 p.m. until time of Service at 6:30 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.

The family would like to thank all the nurses, aides, doctors and employees of Maple Knoll Village Bodman 2nd floor and Village Home Health and Hospice for their care of Herman.
