David James Nabel

David James Nabel, age 29, of Mason, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017.  He was born Tuesday, August 16, 1988 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Brian and Jennifer (nee Toler) Nabel.

David was an avid football fan and boasted extensive knowledge of both college and professional statistics, giving him an upper hand at fantasy football.  His favorite team was the Jacksonville Jaguars.  David enjoyed reading John Grisham novels, riding his bike, and playing video games.  He loved spending time with family, friends, and his girlfriend, Victoria Albright.

David graduated from Mason High School in 2006, and received his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.  David was passionate about his job at Intelliwave Broadband in Athens, Ohio, and enjoyed building relationships with his coworkers and customers.

David was preceded in death by: his paternal grandparents, Fernand and Charlotte Nabel.

David is survived by: his parents, Brian and Jennifer Nabel; sister, Melissa Nabel; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Joann Toler; aunts and uncles, Paul (Lisa) Nabel, Janice Nabel, Karen Furnish, Valerie Hightower, Stephanie (Albert Buchweitz) Aloisio, Michelle (Timothy) Miller, Gavin (Sue) Nabel, Mark Nabel, Ronald (Lisa) Nabel, Elaine (Bob) Mahaffey and Teresa (Daniel) Viox; cousins, Paul (Britney) Nabel, Ryan Nabel, Chad (Betsy) Adkins, Tiffany (Joe) Neuhausel, Austin Furnish, Nathan Garmon, Sarah Hightower, Alex Aloisio, Michael Aloisio, Kiley Miller, Abby Miller, Robert Scott (Amy) Mahaffey, Alex (Megan) Mahaffey, Bethany (Kevin) Jack, Amy (James) Herbst, Jamie (Lee) Hayner, Joshua Viox and Christopher (Kristan) Viox; and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, August 21, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  Memorial Service will be Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at West Chester Nazarene Church, 7951 Tylersville Rd, West Chester, Ohio 45069.
