Paul E. Lowery

Paul Edward Lowery was born 85 years ago on June 11, 1932 in Richmond, Kentucky to Joe and Mary Lowery, the 4th of 11 children.   He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Mary; brothers Elvin, Jasper, Junior, Lonnie and James; sister Dessie and daughter Sue.   He leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Jean (Stephens) Lowery. His daughters Dottie Lambertson and her husband Jim; Paula Lowery Whitaker and her husband Alex; grandchildren Amy Keller, Leesa Lance, Mark Lambertson, Andrew Lambertson, Kailyn Lambertson and great-grandchildren.  He also leaves his brothers Robert Lowery and Hairl Applegate, and sisters Anna Goins and Brenda Grubb.   Paul was a hard working man, he retired in 1995 from Deerfield Manufacturing of Mason, Oh. He was a proficient mechanic, carpenter, electrician and plumber and could fix most anything (just ask his grandkids).  He enjoyed fishing and telling tall tales to his family and friends.  He also enjoyed car racing of all sorts, but was especially fond of stock car racing.  He worked on and drove race cars during the 1940s and could tell you every detail of every car he ever owned.  After he retired he took great pride in having the finest looking lawn in West Chester.   Paul was a good and loving husband and father. He was very proud of his family, his work and his home.  He will be sorely missed.Visitation will be Monday, July 31, 2017 from 11:30 AM until time of Funeral Service at 1:30 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd., Mason, OH 45040.
