Mildred E. Finke

Mildred E. Finke (nee Stagge), age 96, of Mason, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, July 3, 2017 in Fairfield, Ohio. She was born Sunday, July 3, 1921 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Fred and Dora Stagge.

Mildred married Henry, on Saturday November 13, 1948.  They just celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary.  As a young couple with two boys, Mildred and Henry enjoyed camping and fishing. Mildred loved having her family around her, especially her grandchildren, who she would dote over.  Mildred enjoyed playing solitaire and needle point.

Mildred was preceded in death by: her husband, Henry E., parents, Fred and Dora Stagge; siblings, Walter Stagge and Edna Van Hart.

Mildred is survived by: sons, Jim (Kim) Finke and Paul (Cathie) Finke; grandchildren, Jim Finke, Jr., Mike Finke, Madison Finke, Mark (Anne) Finke and Alex (Jessica) Finke; great-grandchildren, Caroline Finke, Clara Finke, Cora Finke and Hunter Finke; and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040 from 6:00 PM until time of Prayer Service at 7:00 PM.  A graveside service will be held for family and friends on Saturday, July 8 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249 at 10:00 AM.
