Daniel Henen

Daniel Henen, age 90, of Mason, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family Sunday, June 11, 2017 at his residence.  He was born Friday, May 20, 1927 in Egypt to Yessa and Shada Henen.

Daniel is a retired department store general manager.  He was quite handy and enjoyed fixing anything around the house. Daniel was devoted to the Lord and would spend many hours in prayer and study of the Bible. He could always be found outside peacefully enjoying the sunshine.

Daniel is preceded in death by: his parents, Yessa and Shahda Henen; beloved son, Joseph Henen; and sister, Nesma (Habib Michael) Henein and brother, Isaac (Rohaya) Henen.

Daniel is survived by: his precious wife of 61 years, Nagat (nee Abdelsiad) Henen; brother, Jacob (Nagat) Henen; daughter, Gehan (Wadeea) Fakhry; daughter-in-law, Magda Eskandar; grandchildren, Tamer (Emily) Fakhry, Ragy Joseph, Raeef Fakhry, Sarah (Peter Safwat) Joseph and Merna Fakhry; great grandchild, Natalie Henen and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 16, 2017 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at North Cincinnati Community Church, 6170 Irwin Simpson Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  Funeral Service will be follow at 11:00 AM also at the Church.  Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
