Virgilio 'Iliong' Q. Cepeda, 81, beloved husband of Eleanor Cepeda (nee Libayne), devoted father of Debie (Pete) Mabulac, Phoebe (Rommel) Verano, Marivie (Lavin) Cepeda-Leucea and Vernon (Ayen) Cepeda, dear brother of Aurora Cepeda, Monina Fowler, Claude Cepeda, Jr. and the late Bernabe Cepeda, loving grandpa of Kristin-Jo Mabulac, Sheila Rae Mabulac, Robie (Aaron) Helm, Rommel Verano, Ron Verano, Miguel Cepeda, Nina Cepeda, Isabel Cepeda and Diego Cepeda. Passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 in Cincinnati, OH.

Iliong loved being with his family and his church. He enjoyed being in his garden and playing scrabble with his wife everyday. If you would ask Iliong what gave meaning and purpose to his life his response would be "my family and my God".

Visitation at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 4:00 PM until time of Service at 6:00 PM. Reception to follow service in the Mueller Family Center.
