Kristen A. English

Kristen A. English, age 43, of Liberty Township, Ohio passed away peacefully at her residence Saturday, December 10, 2016.  She was born Sunday, November 18, 1973 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Roger A. and Susan (nee Bolte) Nadler.

Kristen grew up on the Westside attending St. James and McCauley Schools.  She earned her Bachelors degree from Xavier University with a major in chemistry and a minor in math.  It was while Kristen was attending college when she met her best friend and the love of her life, Jack W. English, III.  They were married in 1997, celebrating their 19th wedding anniversary this year with a nice gathering of family and friends.  Kristen enjoyed reading and long walks on the beach.  She had a natural ability for art, seeing color pallets and coordinating designs creating a warm inviting atmosphere for her family and friends to visit.  Kristen was a kind, gentle soul that never spoke a negative or hurtful word towards anyone.  Although quiet, she managed to reach many people, leaving her caring touch with them.  Most of all, Kristen found pure joy and fulfillment in raising her four children.  Emily, Wes, Abigail and Maxwell always brought a twinkle to her eyes filled with enduring love.

Kristen was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Jack W. English, II.

Kristen is survived by: her loving husband of 19 years, Jack W. English, III; children, Emily English, Wes English, Abigail English and Maxwell English; parents, Roger A. and Susan Nadler; brother, Rick (Kristi) Nadler; sister, Kim Fellinger; sisters-in-law, Melissa (Brendan) Schock and Katie (Mike) McMillan; brother-in-law, Scott (Shae) Cannon; god-children, Dominic Nadler, Alex Fellinger, Isaac Nadler and Claire Fellinger; and many other loving family members and friends.

The family of Kristen has chosen to wear light green in memory of Kristen and her journey home.  Please consider wearing this color to show your support of a courageous woman.

A Visitation will be held Friday, December 16, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 10:30 AM at St. Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  Interment will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Kristen's family and prayer family will be saying the rosary an hour before the mass.  If compelled, please bring your rosary to St. Susanna to partake in the prayers.

When the family reflects on words to describe Kristen, they came up with: Quiet, Caring, Hardworking, Gentle, Steady, and Loyal.  Please come to the visitation with a word or memory to share with the family.
