Howard W. "Hoppy" Haupt

Howard W. "Hoppy" Haupt, age 82, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully Monday, October 31, 2016.  He was born Sunday, July 8, 1934 in Brookville, Ohio to Norman and Marie (nee Mangan) Haupt.

Howard served in the United States Airforce.  He was an Analyst with the Dayton Power & Light Company before his retirement.  Howard enjoyed golf and woodworking.

Howard was preceded in death by: his parents, Norman and Marie Haupt; brothers, Russell Haupt, Albert Haupt, Herbert Haupt, Warren Haupt and John Haupt; and a sister, Lilly Haupt.

Howard is survived by: his loving wife, Nancy L. (nee Stoner) Haupt; son, Scott (Judy) Haupt; daughter, Barbara Hirschfeld; grandchildren, Robert Haupt, Danielle (Shane) Brown and Darek Hirschfeld; great-grandchildren, Noah Brown and Noelle Brown; and other family members and friends.
