Norma 'Sissie' Wagers (nee Mills), 82, beloved wife of the late Porter Wagers, devoted mother of Judy (Chic) Poppe, Danny (Terry) Wagers, Sandra (Rick) Straub and Teresa (Kevin) Bussell, loving grandmother of Sarah (Todd) Marshall, Sally (Casey) Brewer, Andrew Marshall, Jonathan (Jenna) Marshall, Adam (Sheila) Marshall, Chip Poppe, Michelle (Gerald) Bennett, Amy (Bob) Rutherford, Kalym Wagers, Justin Porter (Kay) Straub, Annie (Kieven) White, Maggie (Andrew) Clevenger, Taylor Bussell and Devin Bussell and great-grandmother of Daniel, Sophia, Porter, Abigail, Oliver, Savanna, Sullivan, Mia, Ryder, Kaitlyn, Justin, Jevon, Diante, Gerald, Sydnee, Hunter, Layla, Christopher, Daniel, Gabriel, Adeline, Jack Porter, Dillion, Jace and Gavin, dear sister of Vivian Hamblen, Sue Brumley, Joann Warriner and the late Edith McKinney and Lester Mills, also survived by Walter and the Smith Family; her adopted family. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 15, 2016.

Norma was a true believer in God and a regular church goer. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing marbles, quilting and traveling
