Sandy Osborn

Sandy Osborn (nee Vaught), age 62, of Morrow, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family in Friday, September 2, 2016. She was born Wednesday,  December 9, 1953 in Knoxville,  Tennessee to Vincent and Reba (nee Myers) Vaught.

Sandy was a retail clerk for many years. She enjoyed caring for others by preparing food, baked goods and candy. Sandy could often be found in her garden as she had a love for flowers and bird watching.  Her true passion was her family which included blood members and those friends she loved and considered her family.

A devoted mother to Kristy Osborn and the late Jennifer Osborn; dear sister of Donna Hadley; loving aunt of Wendy (Jerry) Helton and Lesley Curtis; great-aunt of Jerry Helton, Nicholas Helton, Matthew Helton, Daniel Helton, Tiffani Helton, Josh Creech, Austin Bennett, and Alex Bennett; great-great-aunt of Kailey Helton, Kaleb Helton, Kaiden Helton, Kameron Helton and Clarissa Helton. Sandy is also survived by her fur baby, Sugar and her grand-fur baby, Cinnamon.

The family would also like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Queen City Hospice, Helping Hands and other agencies that cared for Sandy (specifically, Chaplin Josh Fagin, Trish Theis, and Katie Roberts with Queen City Hospice and Betty Wright and Dessie Hedrick with Helping Hands).

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
