Shirley A. Nicoletta

Shirley A. Nicoletta (nee Vititoe), age 79, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Hospice of Cincinnati-Blue Ash.  she was born Friday, February 12, 1937 in Breckenridge County, Kentucky to Skillman and Rose (nee Thomas) Vititoe.

Shirley started her career path as a Bank Branch Manager.  Her determination and hard work ethic led to her job as a Merchandiser for Levi Strauss before retirement.  Shirley worked hard throughout her life, but she also played hard.  She learned at an early age to enjoy life in the moment and to not take things for granted.  Nothing made her smile more than playing the slot machines at casinos except for being a great-grandmother.  Shirley absolutely adored her family.

Shirley was preceded in death by: her parents, Skillman and Rose Vititoe; daughter, Shirley Diane Day-McMullen; and a brother, Albert Smallwood.

Shirley is survived by: her husband, Albert C. Nicoletta; daughter, Debra (William) Rehkamp; grandchildren, Ward (Jennifer) Day, Angela (Rocky Harris) Day and Dale Clayborn; great-grandchildren, Paige Lewis, Demi Harris, Spencer Day and Grace Day.

A Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  A Funeral Service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
