Leona Edwards

Leona was a woman who loved her family with everything she had.  Her family wasn't just her biological kids, it was the many, many people who thought so highly of her and her husband, and had even lived with them over the years. She loved to have company over and play cards, and laugh. She loved double pinochle and cooking for anyone who stopped by.  She will definitely be missed, especially her awesome pancakes, and fried chicken with milk gravy.  She also loved to clean.  The last few years she had dementia, and she still loved to clean.  Which actually was ok, because she would forget and she would clean again.  Leona leaves behind daughter Peggy (Fred) Nolde, Clifford Edwards, Marla Pargoff, Robin (Jim) Stelene, daughter-in-law Rhonda Edwards.  She is also survived by grandchildren Lynn (Scott) Henry, Jeff Edwards, Stacey Bassi, Chandra (Dave) Smith, Angelina (Levi) Stafford, Amanda Edwards, Nicholas Pargoff,  Nathaniel (Sara) Pargoff, Kelly Lumbert, Edward Lumbert IV, Timothy Lumbert, great grandchildren Cody (Mallory) DeRoseau, Madisen Henry, Caitlin DeRoseau, Skyler Henry, Desirae DeRoseau, Daphne Pargoff, great-great grandson Brayden Wilson and special nephew Donn (Cheryl) Nichols. She was preceded in death by her son Arlington Edwards Jr., husband Arlington Edwards Sr., brother George Nichols and sister Louise Mecomber.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 5720 Hamilton Mason Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45011 from 10:00 AM until time of Mass at 12:00 PM.
