Evelyn M. Garula

Evelyn M. Garula (nee Robaugh), 99, of Mason, Ohio, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Artis Senior Living of Mason.  She was born Tuesday, February 6, 1917 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania to Henry and Minnie (nee Ottenberg) Robaugh.  Evelyn enjoyed working in her garden but her true pride and joy was her family.  Watching her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren grow up brought a smile to her face everyday.  Evelyn was preceded in death by: her parents, Henry and Minnie Robaugh; husband, Joseph Garula; and 11 siblings.  Evelyn is survived by: her children, Charles (Karen) Garula and Richard (Lynn) Garula; sister, Verna Krause; grandchildren, Laura (Eric) Anderson, Mark (Nicole) Garula, Jennifer (John) Mers, Scott Garula, Becky (Mike) Pryne and Todd Garula; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Alicia, Krystal, Michael, Collin, Ben, Mitchell and Brendon; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members. A Visitation will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Christ's Church at Mason, 5165 Western Row Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  A Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 AM at the Church.  Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
