Diana L. Smith

Diana L. Smith (nee Medley), age 71, of Lebanon, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Saturday, March 19, 2016 at her residence.  Diana was born Monday, June 26, 1944 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Elias and Gloria (nee Turner) Medley.

Diana had a zeal for life incomparable to anyone, she found great pleasure in laughing and making others laugh.  She had an ability to dance and sing that would put a smile on your face to watch her.  And while she enjoyed going for walks, Diana's greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Diana was preceded in death by: her parents, Elias and Gloria Medley; and a sister, Patricia Doherty.

Diana is survived by: her loving husband with whom she would have celebrated 54 years of marriage in June, James T. Smith; children, Lana (Terry) Walters, Lisa Smith and Todd (Julia) Smith; brother, Robert Medley; grandchildren, Amanda Richardson, Ashley Blunkall, Tyler Smith, Morgan Smith, Eli Smith, Holly Walters and Cathy Walters; great-grandchildren, Zoe Roddenberry, Peyton Blunkall, Ayla Blunkall, Braydon Harpe and Nicholas Harpe; and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2016 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM also at the Funeral Home.  Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Mason, Ohio.

The family has invited everyone to continue celebrating Diana's life following Wednesday's service at Miami Bluffs Clubhouse, 1477 Heritage Blvd., Maineville, Ohio 45039, beginning at 12:00 noon.
