Joseph R. Thompson, 87, beloved husband of the late Norma (nee Taylor), devoted father of Susan (Steve) Reed and the late Terry Thompson, loving grandfather of Amanda Keller, Nicholas Reed and Abbie Reed and great-grandfather of Joey and Tess Brinkman, dear brother of Patsy Crocker, Linda McDowell and the late Paul, Jerome, Gene, Betty Schenck, Ronald, Mary Lou Peak and Richard. Passed away at his residence with his family at his side on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.

Visitation at St. Margaret of York Church, 9483 Columbia Road, Loveland, OH 45140 on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 12 noon until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM. Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery immediately following.
