Pamela Sue Durham (nee Goolsby), age 60, of West Chester, Ohio passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in West Chester, Ohio. She was born Saturday, April 4, 1955 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Robert Goolsby and Ruth (nee Deweese) Goolsby.
When Pamela was younger, she enjoyed ballet and tap dancing and even taught ballet. Growing up in the Methodist Church, she was a Sunday School Teacher. Pamela was a member of the Wilmington College Green Key Honor Society. As a talented writer, she had a childrens' book published, "Cliffie's Life Lessons and also had a story in "Chicken Soup for the Soul - Grandmothers".
Pamela is survived by: her devoted daughter, Jennifer (Jason) Ferguson: loving father, Robert Goolsby; cherished grandchildren, Connor, Joshua and Taylor Ferguson; dear brother, Gary (Linda) Goolsby; caring nieces, Sandy, Christine and Melissa Goolsby, and a circle of close friends, especially Nancy Izor O'Barski.
Pamela was preceded in death by: her beloved mother, Ruth Goolsby; and her beloved uncle, Alvin Randlett.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 PM also at the funeral home.
Memorial donations in Pamela's memory may be directed to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 4370 Glendale Milford Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
