Sharlene Mae Morgan (nee Thompson), 72, born to the late Norman and Flonnie (Spears) Thompson in Casey County, KY; preceeded in death also by siblings Jeanette, Carol Lee, Mabel, Betty, Russell, Mildred, Ila Jean, and Latida. She was the beloved wife of Louie Morgan, devoted mother of Steve and his wife Jodi, Elisa, Jon, and Angie Engelbert and her husband Steve; loving Mamaw of Alex, Jake and his wife Sarah, and Kasey, and caring Nana of Erik and Kristen, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 19, 2015 surrounded by her family. She is also survived by her brother Howard Thompson, nieces Beverly (Glass) Stacy, Sandy (Hatter) Ostenkamp, Donna (Robert) Black, Shelia (Thompson) Vearil and a large extended family, countless dear friends and one little mutt named Roxy. Sharlene cared deeply for those around her and she welcomed everyone she as if they were family. She loved to bake for friends and family, had a beautiful singing voice and recorded two beautiful Christian albums. Visitation will be at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Thursday, October 22, from 11:00 AM until time of Memorial Service at 12:30 PM.
