David Edward Dugan, age 65, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully Thursday, September 17, 2015. He was born Wednesday, August 9, 1950 in Morristown, New Jersey to Edward and Georgiana (nee House) Dugan. David served in the United States Navy during Vietnam. A skilled carpenter and craftsman, David took great pride in creating custom masterpieces. He was an avid sports fan and was especially fond of the New York Yankees just as his mother was. David also enjoyed golfing and fishing and was an amazing cook. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Georgiana Dugan. David is survived by: his loving wife of 31 years, Joan (nee Morrison) Dugan; children, Ryan Dugan, Sean Dugan and Bridget Dugan; siblings, Maureen (Carlin) Barrett, Tina (Sal) Patti, Chris (Maureen) Dugan, Peter (Paula) Dugan and Patty Flanner; and many other loving family members and friends. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, September 21, 2015 at 9:30 am at St. Susanna Parish, 616 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
