US AIR FORCE VETERAN Thomas A. Simmer, 85, devoted husband of Irene Simmer (nee Monti), loving father of Michael Simmer and Valerie (David) Brabbs, grandfather of Mandi (Brian) Egan, Alexandra Brabbs, and Sarah Brabbs, great-grandfather of Brody Egan, brother of Gordon Simmer, and the late Neo Simmer, Marion Carver, and Ruth Sauers. Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 1, 2015. Thomas enjoyed building model airplanes, reading Tom Clancy mysteries, and visiting casinos.
