Kathryn M. Nitz Schmidt (nee Beauvais), 103, beloved wife of the late Arthur F. Schmidt, devoted mother of Donald (Joan) Nitz and the late Ralph Nitz, loving grandmother of David (Susan) Nitz, Diane (Dr. John) Turba, Jane (Mark) Bolander, Linda (Tim) Guinn, Douglas (Laleh) Nitz and James Schmidt, great-grandmother of Christina (Andy) French, Sandra (Reed) Koehler, Lauren (Jeffrey) Harper, Steven (Tara) Nitz, James (Emily) Bolander, Kathryn Bolander, JT (Ashley) Turba and Ronald Turba, 11 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Went home to her heavenly Father on Thursday, July 30, 2015. Kathryn was known for her needlework and love of flowers but her true pride and joy was in her family, especially her grandchildren and spoiling the babies. Memorial gathering at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 5849 Buckwheat Road, Milford, OH 45150 on Saturday, August 22 from 10 AM until time of Service at 11:00 AM.
