Charles L. "Chuck" Weber, age 44, formerly of West ChesterTownship, Ohio, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015 in Sterling Heights, MI. He was born Friday, March 26, 1971 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to Charles and Kathleen M. (nee Gill) Weber. Chuck graduated from Lakota High School in 1989 and attended Miami University. He was a Line-Haul Supervisor for the transportation industry. Chuck truly enjoyed being on the open road riding his motorcycle. When he was a child, Chuck and his sister would play poker using candy for bets which later would become his passion for playing in poker tournaments. Taking after his father, he collected guns and often went target shooting. Chuck could be described as a history, economics, and political science scholar constantly reading, keeping up to date with current events and engaging in discussions about a variety of topics. Chuck was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Roy C. Gill, Mary Zintsmaster and Kalman Weber. He is survived by: his loving parents, Chuck and Kathy Weber; sister, Stefanie (husband, Matthew) Detwiler; grandmother, Jean M. Gill; niece, Sara Detwiler; nephew, Owen Detwiler; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Chuck had a great mind, a wonderful sense of humor and deep love of family. He will be missed by all who had the good fortune of sharing part of their lives with him. The visitation will be held Friday, July 31, 2015 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 10:00 am, also at the Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
