Claire Kattmann Ellis, 47, of Vancouver, Washington passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 11, 2015. Claire was born Sunday, March 26, 1967 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from Martinsville High School. Claire received her degree in Radio/TV from Butler University. Photography was a gift that Claire had and lately, she was creating beautiful jewelry using beads. She was preceded in death by her father, William E. Kattmann. Claire is survived by her son, Alex Ellis; mother, Bette K. Meyer; brother, Grant Kattmann (wife, Sally Noble); and a niece, Echo Kattmann. The family will have a private memorial service.
