Carol Vollmer, age 69, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015. She was born September 25, 1945 in Dayton, Kentucky to Lee and Vera (nee Griffin) Oliver. Carol was an Accounts Payable Clerk for many years in the retail industry. She was an amazing baker and enjoyed traveling with her husband. Carol was gifted with crafts and sewing and shared her talent by creating lap blankets and teddy bears through Christ's Church at Mason to be donated to local hospitals. She was preceded in death by her parents. Carol is survived by: her husband of 51 years, Robert Vollmer; sister, Earlene White; niece, Janice Etherton; 3 great-nephews; 1 great-niece; and many dear friends. A visitation will be held Friday, April 3, 2015 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Christ's Church at Mason, 5165 Western Row Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.
