Genevieve Katharine (nee Etzel) Lowman, age 34, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away surrounded by her loving family Thursday, March 19, 2015. She was born Friday, November 14, 1980 in Cincinnati, Ohio to David and Chantal (nee Graf) Etzel. Genevieve was a family person who loved animals and mystical creatures and was the type of person that would put others before herself. She enjoyed reading Classic British Literature with her favorite quote from Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, "Read the directions so directly you will be directed in the right direction." One of her favorite character's was Maleficent from Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty because from darkness comes light. Genevieve also enjoyed reading poetry and was quite talented with writing her own poems. Genevieve is the beloved wife of Michael Lowman; cherished daughter of Chantal and the late David Etzel; loving mom to her furbabies, Pappi, Cheshire and the late Cornelius and Bond; dear sister of Christopher Etzel and Jason (Amanda Boudreaux) Lowman; aunt of Cayden Lowman, Kaleb Lowman and Jonathan Etzel; niece to Claude (Sheila) Graf and Kevin Lowman; and friend to many. A Visitation will be held Saturday, March 28 from 2-4 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.
