Kelly Patrick Seyfried passed away December 12, 2014 surrounded by family. The time for tears has passed as I prepare for the next phase of my journey. Come and join my wonderful husband, Tim, children, Somer, Codi, Krissy, and Mandy, and grandaughter, Layla, along with my parents, Lee and Melody Patrick "For a Celebration of my Life."
