John E. "Jack" Radcliffe, 83, beloved husband of Jean (nee Bucknam), devoted father of Karen (Ken) Eiser, the late Linda Radcliffe, Gregory (Lisa) Woodruff and Jennifer (Jason) Blaha, dear brother of Marie (Charles) Wyatt, loving grandfather of Josh Eiser, Joseph Woodruff, Abigail Woodruff and Jackson Blaha. Passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. Jack enjoyed golf and fishing as two of his favorite hobbies. Visitation will be held Friday, October 10 from 9:30-11:30 AM at Crestview Presbyterian Church, 9463 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester, OH 45069, followed by the funeral service at 11:30 AM.
