Norma J. Baltzley, 91, beloved wife of the late Charles W. "Bill" Baltzley, devoted mother of Cindy Lykins, loving grandmother of Christopher Lykins; step-grandmother of Corey (Jessica) Lykins; step-great-grandmother of Noelle Lykins, dear sister of the late Clarence, Clifton, & Katherine Teter, Evelyn Lawrence and Virginia Bocco; mother-in-law of the late Don Lykins; aunt to many nieces and nephews.
