Pastor Otero, 80, devoted father of Barbara (Scott) DeCarlo, loving grandfather of Jeremy, Amanda and Noah; dear brother of Aurora Alvarez and Silvia Sanfiel; and uncle to five nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully Friday, February 28, 2014 with his daughter by his side. Born in Cuba, Pastor lived most of his life in New Jersey and Florida.
