Kathryn S. Wheeler, 64, beloved mother of Kara Bishop (Russell), Joe Wheeler and Casey Wheeler (Heather), sister of Ginger Winter and Roger Gilbert, grandmother of Victoria Bishop, Joey, Tayler, Alexandra, Nevaeh, Natalie and Jacob Wheeler. Resident of West Chester. Passed away July 12, 2009. Kathryn was the Suma Cum Laude of the first four year graduating Class of Lakota in 1963. She graduated from Miami University and received her Master's degree from Xavier University. She was an active member of the Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority. She was a life-long resident of West Chester where she taught for Lakota Schools for 32 years. She is well known in the community for her kindness, generosity and excellence in teaching. She was a woman of faith whom demonstrated Christ-like behavior in her daily walk. Visitation at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, on Thursday, July 16 from 4:00 PM until time of service at 7:00 PM. Burial on Friday at 11:00 AM at West Chester Cemetery.
