Retired Air Force Technical Sergeant World War II Veteran Billy W. Powell, 85, beloved husband of 62 years of Frances Powell (nee Logan), dear brother of the late Virginia Powell, devoted brother-in-law of Ruth and Bob Bustle, loving uncle of Dixie and Bill Wright, great-uncle of Keith Wright and Amberley Wright and great-great-uncle of Braxton and Kadriana Wright. Bill was a proud member of the West Chester VFW. Passed away March 11, 2010. Graveside service Friday, March 19 at 10:30 AM at West Chester Cemetery, the corner of West Chester Road and Cincinnati-Dayton Road. Air Force Honor Guard to follow service.
