Loving mother of Ian Michael Hail and Alison Renee (Justin) Clemons. Devoted grandmother of Shelby Brooke Clemons. Dear sister of Ronald Melvin Tackett, Melanie Ann Tackett, and Christopher Michael (Geena) Tackett. Passed away peacefully June 5, 2013. Visitation at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Monday, June 10 from 9:30 AM until time of Service at 11:00 AM. Followed by Graveside Service at West Chester Cemetery.
