Albert Frederick 'Fred' Herchenhahn, Sr., 87, beloved husband of Sandy Newton-Herchenhahn (nee Lockard) for 31 years, devoted father of Albert F. (Connie) Herchenhahn, Jr. and Marilyn (Glen) Smith and step-father of Pamela (James) Rohrer, Tim (Leah), Todd (Michelle) and Scott (Joan) Newton, loving grandfather of Ben, Paul, Jennifer, Madison, Eric, Carla, Nicole, Allison, Brian, Natalie, Melissa, Amanda, Michelle, Stephanie, Scott, Jr., Amber and Noah and great-grandfather of Michael, Scottie, Cohen, Graham, Miria, Kenny and the late Maxx, dear brother of Louise (Bubba) Bates, Wilma (Dennis Ray) Jones, Gayle (Jerry) Mattheiss, Dawn (George) Gundersen, Jimmy (Jean) Herchenhahn, Judy (James) Ray and the late Lucille Jones, Allen (Mildred) Herchenhahn and Jean (Grady) Brunson. Passed away peacefully with his family present April 12, 2012. Life Celebration Service at Tri-County Baptist Church, 8195 Beckett Road, West Chester, OH 45069 on Monday, April 16 at 7:00 PM.
