US AIR FORCE VETERAN Billy J Duff, 76, of West Chester, OH passed away December 22, 2010 surrounded by his family. His wife Joyce (nee Bray), daughter Jessica (Kyle) Winkler, four brothers, Robert (Stanford, KY), James (West Jefferson, OH), Edward (Berea, KY), Jack (Somerset, KY) and two sisters, Margaret Burger (Danville, KY) and Elizabeth Sears (Gray, KY). His son, Jeremy Duff preceded him in death. Billy grew up in Stanford, KY, graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and received a Masters degree from Xavier University. He was a teacher and counselor for Winton Woods up until he retired in 2000. Since retirement he taught and substituted for Dayton Kentucky Schools, Hope High School in Hamilton and Lakota Local Schools. (Over 36 years of teaching) His ashes will be scattered throughout his favorite National Parks. A Celebration of Life will be planned in the spring.
