Clarissa Velma Collins (Arbogast) long-time resident of Westerville, Ohio. Born March 17, 1931 in Elkhurst, West Virginia, died unexpectedly on October 12 from complications following what was to be an outpatient surgery. Proceeded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Donald (Don) Wesley Collins Sr., her father, Joseph Arbogast and mother Hattie Arbogast (Adkins), brothers, Milton Arbogast, George (Buddy) Arbogast and sisters Francis Carter, Billie Tishkowski, Opal Cooper, Ethel (Lynn) Crystal and Maggie Jo Schaffer, grandson, Donald (Little Donnie) Wesley Collins III, and daughter-in-law, Cynthia Cooper. Survived by her brother, Ralph (Pete) Arbogast, son, Donald (Donnie) Wesley Collins Jr., daughter, Tamara (Tammy) Jo Collins-Stulen and her husband, Foster Stulen II; grandchildren, Angela Scolieri, Collin Collins, Samantha Stulen and Foster (Trey) Stulen III; ex-daughter-in-law and friend Jenny Collins, sister-in-law, Betty Bradford, loving nieces and nephews and long-time friends, Wanda Jackson, Claudia Nutt and Virginia Knox (Miller). She was a loving and devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed. Service Private. Memorials may be sent to Susan G.
