Carol D. Hazelwood (nee Mustafa), 77, beloved mother of Susan Riolo and Col. Donald Hazelwood (Jean), dear sister of Mae Franquist and the late Juanita Hudson, loving grandma of Joey and Christian Riolo and Valerie and Alex Hazelwood. Carol passed away peacefully with her daughter at her side on January 14, 2012. Visitation at Mueller Parker Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Wednesday, January 18 from 4:00 until time of funeral service at 6:00 PM.
