Terry W. Barnard, 66, beloved husband of the late Janice L. (nee Lowe), devoted father of DeLisa (Kevin) Niemoeller and the late Kimberly Barnard, dear brother of Patricia (Vernon) Roark, Ronnie (Diane) and Rayburn "Bud" (Carol) Barnard. Resident of West Chester and former resident of Bowling Green, KY passed away November 8, 2009.
