Richard B. 'Dick', Lewis, Jr., 64, beloved husband of Nanette "Nan" Lewis (nee Hill) for over 39 years, devoted father of Amber N. Lewis, Richard J. Lewis (Shana) and Samuel J. Lewis (fiance Paula Montenegro Escobar), dear son of Rita Jean Lewis (nee Forney) and the late Richard B. Lewis, Sr., dear grandfather of Liam, McKenna and Hadley Lewis, brother of Teresa Hanson, Joyce Blake, Jack and Jeffrey Lewis. Resident of West Chester passed away January 4, 2009.
