M. Renee Jones, 49, beloved wife of Steve, dear mother of the late Christopher Michael Jones, loving daughter of Robert and Inez Vorhees, dear sister of Bill Vorhees (Becky), Butch Vorhees, Linda Lucas (Jim), Pat Lancaster (Joe), Pam Yankovich (Jack) and the late Judy Clegg. On December 10th, 2006, Renee lost her courageous 2 ½ year battle with cancer. Her passion for hard work, creativity, decorating and cooking will be greatly missed by all of her family and numerous friends. It has been said by all that she was simply "The Best". In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be directed to the Christopher M. Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Pi Kappa Alpha Education Foundation, 8347 West Range Cove, Memphis, TN 38125 which is an endowed scholarship fund benefiting UC students, and honoring the memory of Steve and Renee's late son, Christopher.
